SCOE U- Building Inclusivity and Belonging Through the Language We Use (SCOE ONLY)

Participants will reflect on common phrases and practices, consider the impact of language on students, families, and colleagues, and practice using strengths-based, affirming language. The session provides practical strategies that can be applied across departments to strengthen inclusion and shared responsibility.
