RQT QI+ Coaching Companion
Participation in all 7 cycles is required to earn certificate for 21 hours credit.
1. Participants individually complete 2 hours learning in Coaching Companion during first 2 weeks of each of 7 cycles.
2. Participants practice new skills and ideas in their classroom/program throughout cycle.
3. Full Partnership engage in a 1-hour, in-person group observation and coaching visit with the ECE Specialist.
