Sacramento Community Schools Community of Practice (CoP)
This Community of Practice invites district and site leaders to observe a live Coordination of Services Team (COST) meeting at White Rock Elementary. Participants will see how support staff collaborate to identify needs, coordinate services, and ensure students receive the support they need to engaged in school.

• See COST in action through a live fishbowl observation
• Understand the FCUSD COST framework and healthy meeting structures
• Learn practical strategies for implementing or strengthening COST at their own schools
• Gain insight into how student supports are coordinated to improve attendance and student success
