2026-2027 Virtual Literacy Plan Development Series

A four-part series of 90-minute monthly sessions designed to support school and district literacy teams in developing a comprehensive, data-driven literacy plan.

What you will do:

• Analyze Local Data: Conduct a root-cause analysis and examine local data to pinpoint areas of need.

• Build Actionable Goals: Collaborate to develop strategic, evidence-based goals tailored to your unique community context.

• Leave with a Plan: Walk away with a completed sustainable literacy plan designed to improve student outcomes.

Your Literacy Team may include: District Leads, Site Administrators, Grade-Level Representatives, Literacy Coaches, and Reading Specialists, Intervention Specialists, MTSS Leads, Special Education Staff.

Format: Zoom

Module 1: September 15, 2026, 3:30pm - 5:00pm

Module 2: October 13, 2026, 3:30pm - 5:00pm

Module 3: November 10, 2026, 3:30pm - 5:00pm

Module 4: December 8, 2026, 3:30pm - 5:00pm
