In this interactive session, participants—regardless of role—will explore how to initiate and sustain meaningful coaching relationships with both colleagues within their organizations and the educators, leaders, and partners they support. Together, we will unpack the differences between coaching and advising while building practical strategies that foster trust, reflection, and growth. Participants will strengthen confidence in their coaching practice, learn to embrace not having all the answers, and discover how coaching can cultivate greater capacity, ownership, and joy in themselves and others.
