Elementary Implementation Tool- September 3
This session introduces participants to the structure and purpose of the new AVID Elementary Implementation Tool and the AVID Essential Skills: Elementary Descriptors, highlighting how they work together to support developmentally appropriate, schoolwide implementation. Participants will explore the developmental progression of the Essential Skills, analyze the indicators within the Implementation Tool, and make connections to effective coaching practices that promote college and career readiness. By the end of the session, participants will be prepared to integrate the new tool into their current practice to facilitate reflection, guide coaching conversations, and support continuous improvement.
