Translate goals into actionable strategies that drive implementation. Participants will explore required and contributing actions, requirements related to student groups and state priorities, increased and improved services, and methods for documenting action implementation and impact.

    This course is part of LCAP 2027-30 University, a comprehensive Sacramento County Office of Education training series designed to support LEA leaders and LCAP writers as they prepare for the next three-year LCAP cycle. While each session may be attended independently, participants are encouraged to engage in the full series to build a deeper understanding of the LCAP process, strengthen planning practices, and develop a cohesive, strategic, and student-centered Local Control and Accountability Plan.
