Pathways to Graduation Network is a collaborative improvement network designed for alternative and charter schools serving secondary students. Participants engage in continuous improvement efforts focused on increasing graduation rates, strengthening student support systems, analyzing data, and implementing evidence-based practices that promote student success and positive postsecondary outcomes.
