Join us for an interactive workshop to deepen your understanding of the SPSA and its role in school planning.
Learning outcomes include: conducting a comprehensive needs assessment, establishing measures and write smart goals, determining resource inequities, monitoring and evaluating the school plan, collaborating with educational partners and establishing and maintaining a collaborative School Site Council and English Language Advisory Council.
