Integrating Physical Health Systems of Supports

Join us as we share and review available community resources to address physical health through the whole-child lens.  Participants will examine how to connect with and locate local supports for families and students, as well as how to establish relationships within the community to sustain the partnerships that center around meeting the physical health needs of students and families.
