About Our Presenter:

Dr. Frank Olmos is an accomplished HR professional, consultant, and innovator. He spearheads research and evaluation at the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE), where he formerly was a Senior HR Analyst, and concurrently serves in his academic role as a Statistics Professor at the California State University, Los Angeles.
