Many funding sources require a thorough process to assess your assets and identify your needs to leverage strengths and address any gaps with a well-organized plan. Join us for an interactive workshop where we’ll explore various funding sources that necessitate this approach. We’ll discuss strategies to streamline everything into a single comprehensive asset mapping and needs assessment exercise, while also engaging educational partners throughout the process.
Collaborate with partners from SCOE, representing ELOP, EPICC, CCSPP, and Planning & Improvement, as they share valuable insights and collaborative experiences.
