The deadline below is for anyone participating in the conference, including exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers. Sponsors, please allow at least two weeks once we have received your information to apply your logos and links to our promotional material. Badges, tote bags, and other promotional material designs will be decided by SCOE.

All logos submitted for inclusion in the CSI conference website must be sent in SVG, PNG, or JPG format. All files should be high resolution for the best display quality. Please send logo submissions to mmiller@scoe.net by Monday, February 3, 2025.

Optional: Please ship item(s) to include in tote bags to the address below and email caland@scoe.net with an expected delivery date. SHIPPING COST IS NOT INCLUDED. Please submit 375 of each item (maximum size 8.5x11). Please send materials to:
