Leading for Biliteracy: A Dual Language Framework for Administrators

Participants will utilize a Dual Language Decision-Making Framework to conduct a thorough guided review of essential components, including Program Models, Student Demographics, Staffing Strategies, Professional Development opportunities, Language and Content Allocation, and the Path Towards Biliteracy. Additionally, the workshop will cover Scheduling, Materials and Resources, Assessment practices, ELD/SLD Integration, Instructional Minutes, and Support Services vital to successful dual language programs.
This workshop is ideal for administrators striving to foster effective dual language initiatives and improve student outcomes in bilingual education environments. Participants will leave equipped with practical tools and strategies to lead their schools towards successful biliteracy practices.
