With over 30 breakout sessions, this conference is designed to expand your expertise in early childhood education, with a special focus on supporting infants and toddlers. Focus
Event will focus on inclusive practices and high quality supports that best meet the vital needs of our diverse children with a special emphasis on infants and toddlers, families, and the caring adults who support them.
Who Should Attend?
Child Care Teachers, Family Child Care Home Providers; TK, Pre-K, and Kindergarten Teachers; Family Friend and Neighbor (FFN) Providers; Expanded Learning Staff; Administrators; Higher Education Professors; college students; and others who support the learning and development of young children.
$30 In-Advance Registration ($35 Same-Day Registration) *
Registration and breakfast begin at 7:45 a.m., keynote speaker session begins at 8:45 a.m. Registration includes parking, buffet breakfast, & lunch, two children's books, and motivating speakers. Participants will have the opportunity to access resources, network with professional colleagues, and hear from experts in the field! Participants will have the opportunity to earn workforce registry hours by attending the full day AND providing a valid workforce registry number.
After completing your registration in the PLRS portal, you will receive a confirmation email. Please open the email and click on the events and materials link to complete the preconference survey. The pre-conference survey is required to officially complete your conference registration process. Please make sure to check the email you registered with regularly for this information and conference updates.
Breakout Session Preference
You will receive an additional follow-up email in March with more on the available breakout sessions. This future email will contain the presenter’s information, title, description, and the time for each breakout session.
Please note that the initial breakout sessions selection process will be used for planning and logistic purposes only. It does not guarantee your space in the selected breakout session.
At the conference, you will be able to attend any of your preferred sessions, based on availability. Please note, that all sessions' capacity will be determined by the room capacity and filled out on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to arrive early to secure your spot in your preferred sessions.

For group registrations, registered participants substitutions are allowed. The designated leader is the only person permitted to requests changes, including participant substitutions. All change requests must be submitted by Monday, March 31, 2025, via email to earlylearning@scoe.net and include the original registered participant's name as well as substitute's name.
