?? Join Us for the CREEC North Nature’s Narrative (CNNN) Summer Institute!

We’re excited to welcome you to the CNNN Summer Institute—a two-day professional learning experience focused on Environmental Literacy, Climate Resilience, SEL, and ELA Integration through the lens of nature and solutionary thinking.

?? Dates:
Monday, July 28 & Tuesday, July 29
?? 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM each day
?? Location: Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE), 1st Floor, Conference Room C
(Check in at the front desk upon arrival)


?? Program Highlights:

  • Environmental Literacy & Climate Resilience

  • Solutionary Thinking for the Classroom

  • Integrating ELA and Environmental Education

  • SEL Strategies & Nature Journaling


?? What to Bring:

  • Your favorite lunch and snacks

  • A reusable water bottle

  • A charged electronic device (laptop or tablet)

? Morning coffee and tea will be provided.
?? Refrigerators are available for storing your lunch.


?? Plan Ahead:

Expect hot weather—daytime highs around 110°F. Our meeting space is fully air-conditioned and stocked with water.

?? Lodging: Not covered by the grant, but nearby hotels range from $120–$150/night.
