In this interactive virtual session, we’ll explore key ideas from the book "Conversational Capacity" and apply them to our own team dynamics. A copy of the book is included with registration! Together, we’ll learn how to stay in the “sweet spot” of dialogue—balancing candor and curiosity—even when conversations get tough. We’ll reflect on our individual tendencies, practice using the learning stance, and apply the tools to real-world scenarios. The session will close with personal commitments to strengthen how we communicate, collaborate, and lead through complexity.
