Sacramento County Community Schools Community of Practice (CoP)
Please join us for a community of practice (CoP) focused on the planning and implementation of Community Schools. The CoP will serve as a space to build community, highlight bright spots, bring forward problems of practice, receive technical assistance, share resources, and learn about statewide updates.
The CoP is open to Sacramento County educators, including principals, teachers, paraeducators, coordinators, and district and COE leaders.
The CoP will be held virtually from 9:00-10:00am on the following dates:

- December 3, 2025
- January 7, 2026
- February 4, 2026
- March 4, 2026
- April 1, 2026
- May 6, 2026
