Principal Community of Practice (CoP)
What You'll Learn:
Principal leadership is essential to the success of Community Schools—fostering strong school culture, cultivating shared leadership, and driving sustainable change. That’s why the Capitol Area Regional Transformational Assistance Center (RTAC) offers a monthly Community of Practice designed specifically for school leaders like you. Each session will provide practical, evidence-based strategies to support collaborative leadership and advance student learning and well-being.
These gatherings also create space to connect with fellow principals, share insights, and learn from one another’s experiences. Whether you’re just beginning or well along in your Community Schools journey, you’ll leave each session inspired, empowered, and equipped to lead change.
The CoP will be held virtually from 10:00-11:30 am on the following dates:
