This interactive session will guide you and your team through the process of articulating a theory of action for your department and its programs. You’ll identify the expected changes resulting from your efforts and determine meaningful metrics to assess progress and outcomes. Together, we’ll define goals, select relevant measures, and begin developing a practical data collection plan. By the end of the session, you'll have a framework to confidently answer the question: What impact are we making?
